He is survived by: his children, Brion Oxendine (Alisia), Kimberly Oxendine (Wes), Melissa Oxendine, Glenn Locklear (Betty), Channel Oxendine, Austin Oxendine, Dobbie Oxendine and Bobbie Oxendine; his sister Bobbie Ann Sampson (Steve); and his close friend Destiny Lowry. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
