She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Kizar and Ruby E. Kizar; her son John Bradley Moore; her siblings, Bruce Kizar and Elizabeth English; and her half-brothers, Gene Johnson and Joe Johnson.

She is survived by: her husband Earl Johnson; her son Nick Moore of Memphis, TN; her grandchildren, John Bradley and Karleigh; her siblings, Lonnie Kizar (Libby) of Lumberton, NC and Ruthie Kizar of Orlando, FL; and her sister-in-law Rusty Kizar of Lumberton, NC..
