He is survived by: his siblings, Peggy Brixey of Aberdeen and Harold Smith (Barbara); his sister-in-law June Smith of Lumberton, NC; his nieces and nephews, Amanda Locklear, Teresa Grimberg, Rodney Smith, Kenny Brixey, Timmy Brixey and Clifford Smith; and his close friend Becky Hardin.
