He is survived by : his children, Wanda Smith and Rodney Locklear; and his grandchildren, Eric, Harley, Jarron, Angie, Lakisha and Ariel (Wheezy). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; 7 great great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
