She was predeceased by: her parents, James Spivey and Nellie Arnette Spivey; and her brother Michael Dale Kilpatrick. She is survived by: her close friend Willie Taylor (Charlie); and her sisters, Emmie Marie Denning (Philip) of Erwin, NC and Tammy Hicks of Hickory, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
