She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Locklear and Mary Locklear; her husband Allen Bruce Oxendine; her sons, Greg Oxendine and Randell Dean Oxendine; and her siblings, Patricia Locklear, Linda Goins, Harvey Locklear Jr., Linwood Locklear, Bobby Locklear and Terry Locklear.
She is survived by: her children, Allen Darrell Oxendine (Lisa) and Sondra M. Oxendine (Lee); and her siblings, Bishop Kenneth Locklear (Linda), Helen Chavis (Andy), Rev. Jerry Locklear (Diane), Harry Locklear (Candy), Tina Locklear (Donnie) and Angie Hudley. She is also survived by five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
