Locklear and Ethel Bell; his mother Aline Bell Brewington; his sister Sandra Lee Bell Pizano (Paul Pizano); his daughters, Monica Alina Pizano and Michelle Angelica Pizano; his brother John Lee Bell (Rodlin Jacobs Bell); his children, Leonia Cheyenne Bell and Johneson Ree Bell; and his uncle Jethro Locklear.
