She is survived by: her husband William Richard Wilkins (Ricky); her son Roger Dale Lowry; her grandchildren, Breanna Lowry, Teanna Lowry and Jace Lowry; her siblings, Levon Eddings (Patsy) and Jacklyne Oxendine; her in-laws, Linda Eddings, Graham and Stephanie Brooks; and her nieces, Shereda Hardin, Jennifer Locklear and Sephanie Graham.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mercy Bridge Holiness Church (11818 NC-211, Red Springs, NC 28377). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at the Mercy's Bridge Holiness Church Cemetery (11818 NC-211, Red Springs, NC 28377).
