She was predeceased by : her parents, Gerald Mitchell Hayes and Melba Jean Barnes Hayes; her grandparents, Martin, Edna Earl Hayes, Hubert and Eva Barnes; her uncle Hubert; her son Barnes, Jr. (Tommy Barnes); and her aunt Kathy Hayes Edwards.
She is survived by : her cousins, Joe Hayes (Crystal), Colie Whitlock (Heather) of Pleasant Garden, NC and Amanda Graham (Kevin) of Pembroke, NC; her aunts and uncles, Jennings Hayes (Anne) of Lumberton, NC, Johnny Barnes (Saria) of Lumberton, NC, Sandra Bishop (Roger) of Lumberton, NC, Kathy Barnes of Lumberton, NC and Kenny Barnes (Mary) of Lumberton, NC; her close friend Susie Spillman Brisson (Michael) of Lumberton, NC; and also Stephen of Bladenboro, NC. She is also survived by many cousins, friends.
