He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Callahan and Louise Callahan; and his siblings, Lillie Mae Hoppe, Edward "Ed" Callahan, Laverne Callahan, William "Bill" Callahan and Richard Callahan.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Mae Callahan; his children, Jerry Lee Callahan Jr. (Glenda), Sebrena Hammonds (Jamie), Michael "Pee Wee" Callahan, Rodney Callahan and Steven Callahan (Amanda); and his siblings, Linda Faye Callahan, Gail Little, Wanda Barton, Lisa Michelle Oxendine, Ronald "Curley" Callahan (Geneva) and Sammy Callahan. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild.
