He is survived by: his wife Doralene Kinlaw; his daughter Rhonda West (Brent) of Laurinburg; his stepchildren, Rachel Sheppard of Rowland, David Dial of Rowland and Ashley Dial of Pembroke; his grandchildren, Nakoma Blanks, Bryson West, Shelby West, Ethan Sheppard, Deanon Locklear, James Dial, Prisciliana Dial, Ashton Dial and Raelynn Dial; his great grandchild Michelle Rose; and his sister Mary Frances Scott (Churb).
