He is survived by: his mother Letha Scott; the mother of his children Tammy J. Scott; his daughters, Tia J. Chavis (Paul) and Jillian L. Scott; his grandsons, Josiah Clark and Levi Chavis; his siblings, Patsy Bledsole (Mitchell), Lisa Graham (Anthony) and Daniel Hunt; his siblings' children, Michael Oxendine, Jr., Anthony Graham, Jr., Brandon Graham (Lakota), Shi (Taylor Hunt) and Nakiyah Hunt; and his sons, Larry Chavis, Buddy Clewis, Wayne Polston and Terry Anderson. He is also survived by his family and friends.
