He is survived by: his mother Jessie Mae "Macie" Hinson; his daughter Dawn Cox; his grandchildren, Sandra Kayce Cox and Ashlynn LeNae Cox; his siblings, Ernie Hinson (Sharon) and Jackie McAllister (Jimmy) of Valrico, FL; and his nephew Craig Hinson.
