It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessica Frezzo of Lumberton, North Carolina, born in Watertown, New York, who passed away on December 6, 2022, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Michael Rutledge and Arttina Frezzo of North Port, FL; her close friend Billy Joe Seymour of Lumberton, NC; her son Landon Seymour of Lumberton, NC; and her brother Nicholas Stevens of Cheyenne, NY. She is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family.
