He is survived by: his parents, Helidio Hernandez and Mariamelia Marquez Hernandez; his brother Walter Hernandez; his grandmother Roza Mazariegos; his uncle Fredy Mejia; his aunts, NAncy Mejia and Dina Melgar; and his cousins, Yamilet Velazquez and Omar D. Amoles.
