He was predeceased by: his father Jimmy Norris Walters. He is survived by: his mother Carol O'Connor Walters; his wife Angela Walters; his parents-in-law, Darrell and Faye Stocks of Dunn; his sisters, Alane Walters (Thomas), Ellen Walters (Jerry), Donna Gibson (Chris) of Lumberton and Karen Walters of Burgaw; his brothers-in-law, Robby Flowers of Dunn and Reuben Stocks (Ashley) of Dunn; and also Wilton Baker of Lumberton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
