He is survived by: his wife Donna Waddell; his daughters, Sandra Adams (Clyde) and Christy McBride; his grandsons, Cody Adams (Nicole) and Austin Sykes; and his great grandchild Colton Lee Sykes. He is also survived by four sisters; and three brothers.
