Mayes (Larry) of Lumberton, NC, Mary Ann Locklear of Lumberton, NC and Anthony Locklear of Lumberton, NC; her siblings, Hardy Fields Jr. (Robin) of Baltimore, MD, Alford Ray Fields (Patrina) of Raeford, NC, Kenneth Fields (Theresa) of Rocky Mount, NC, Linda Hunt (James) of Lumberton, NC and Tammy Goins (Zimmie) of Fairmont, NC; her aunt Clara Mae Oxendine; her uncle Billy Fields; and her friend Wayne H. King. She is also survived by five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
