He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son-in-law Kenneth; his parents, Justin Williamson McNeill and Grace Marie Powell McNeill of Lumberton, NC; his spouse Michele Elaine Bode; and his children, Justin Luke McNeill of Manassas, Paige Marie McNeill (Beitz) of Advance, NC, Jocelyn Christine McNeill (Campbell) of Bristow, Preston George McNeill of Annandale, Miles Fulton McNeill of Annandale, Morgan Yates McNeill of Bristow and Michele Rose McNeill (Shetterly) of Aberdeen. He was also cherished by 22 grandchildren.
