He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Cross and Ruth Elizabeth Boyce; his brother Rick Cross; and his cousin Ginger Goldstein. He is survived by: his sister Ruth Higgins (Rich). He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
