He is survived by: his wife Amanda Lowery; his children, Shawna Lowery of Lumberton, Shane Lowery of Lumberton and Jason Lowery of Silver Spring, MD; his siblings, Franklin "Bud" Lowery (Joyce) of Lumberton, NC, Rudolph Lowery (Hannah) of Cary, NC and Jeanette Jones of Baltimore, MD.; and his grandchildren, Donovan Hunt and Aaliyah Lowery.
