She is survived by: her brother Joe Jacobs of Lumberton; her children, Sandra Lowery, Cheryl Locklear (Christopher), Jennie Brooks (Todd), Ann Windom (David) and Tony Lowery; her grandchildren, Brian Keith Hunt (Elizabeth), Nicholas Lowery, Cassie Rodriguez (Victor), Collin Locklear and Bailey Locklear; and her great grandchildren, Jay Hunt and Olivia Rodriguez.
