He is survived by: his wife Diane Lowery Blue; his children, Steve Blue of Leland, NC, Shawn Lowry, Jody Lowry of Pembroke, Tammy Blue of Leland, NC and Angie Lowry of Pembroke, NC; and his siblings, Harland Blue of Charlotte, NC, Ronald Blue of Lumberton, NC, Jackie Blue of Lumberton, NC, Eugene Blue of Lumberton, NC, Janice Blue Goolsby of Lumberton, NC and Elaine Blue Oxendine of Lumberton, NC. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
