He is survived by: his siblings, John Pernell Locklear of Rowland, NC, Sarah Jacobs of Rowland, NC, Vickie Freeman of Rowland, NC, Brenda Jacobs (Billy) of Rowland, NC and Patricia Chavis (Kerry) of Pembroke, NC; and his close friend Betty Dial of Pembroke, NC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews that he loved dearly and a host of other relatives and friends.
