He is survived by: his wife Vera Locklear; his children, Jerald Locklear, Phillip Rogers (Precilla) of Pembroke, NC, April Brooks (Jefferey Butler) of Fairmont, NC, Janice Locklear of Lumberton and Renee Locklear of Lumberton; his siblings, Curly Locklear (Flora Mae) of Lumberton, Wilford Locklear (Melissa) of Laurinburg, NC, Sheila Lowery (David) of Pembroke, NC, Patricia Ann Jones (Martin) of Lumberton, NC, Carol Chavis (David) of Lumberton, NC, Lori Ann Oxendine of Pembroke, NC and Eltha Locklear of Pembroke, NC; and his grandchildren, Tony, Nicole, Josh, Sam, Erica, Ursula, Chianna, Jerald Jr., Aaron, Jordan and Joshua. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
