She was predeceased by: her parents, Larse Hunt and Lonnie Oxendine Hunt; her husband Zack Locklear; her daughter Shelby Jane; and her granddaughter Stephanie.

She is survived by: her daughters, Janice of Lumberton, NC, Jacquelyn of Lumberton, NC and Judy of Lumberton, NC. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
