She was predeceased by : her parents, Will Wearns and Berta Smith Wearns; her husband Carvey Lee Hunt; and her siblings, Roscoe Wearns, Johnny Wearns, George Smith, Harvey Lee Wearns, James Ray Wearns, Lucille Jones and Sally Mae Chavis.
She is survived by : her children, Larry Hunt (Donna) of Lumberton, Margie Oxendine (Danford) of Lumberton, Terry Hunt (Vicky) of Lumberton and Harvey Hunt (Benita Graham) of Lumberton; her siblings, Will Wearns Jr., Earl Wearns, Billy Ray Wearns, Mary Hunt, Clementine Jones, Judy Brayboy and Annie Jones; and her grandchildren, Danielle Smith, Ryan Oxendine, Whittany Hunt, Brittany Hunt and Dewey Quick. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
