She was predeceased by: her parents, Randolph Scott and Veronia Scott; her son Steve A. Brown (Charles E. Brown); and her siblings, Linda J. Scott, Gay Scott, Brenda Chatteron, Linda F. Scott, Herman Scott, Steve E. Scott and James E. Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Tiwanna Kidd, Derrick Scott, Charles E. Brown Jr. and Brandon Scott; and her siblings, Lucy Wilson, Virginia Locklear and Randolph Scott Jr. (Randy). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, nine nephews, eight nieces.
