She was predeceased by: her parents, Rowland Pittman and Dessie Bennett Pittman; her husband Henry Edward Stephens, Jr.; her brothers, Rowland Pittman, Jr., Worth Pittman, Alfred Pittman, Emory Pittman and Jerry Wayne Pitman; and her great grandchildren, Princeton Damontae Hawkins and Avaleigh Joyce Hawkins.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Parnell (Sherry) and Tammy Willoughby; her grandchildren, Steven Brisson (Holly), Angela Emanuel (Sydney) and Natalie Parnell; her great grandchildren, Trevor Parnell, Evelyn Joyce Emanuel and Abigail Brisson; and her siblings, Murray Pittman, Kenneth Pittman and Louise Britt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
