She was predeceased by: her parents, Alford Thompson and Jenny Leach Thompson; her husband Masco Lester; her children, Wanda, James Lester and Frances Pierce; and her brothers, J. P., Ira, William, Charlie, Kevin and Fred Thompson.
She is survived by: her caregiver Aid; her children, Carl Lee Thompson, Kenneth Lester (Patricia), Loretta Moore (Deacon Fredrick), Dorothy Moore (Bishop Jerry) and Edna Lester; her son-in-law Bishop Shepard Pierce; her sister-in-law Doretha Thompson; her niece Coletha Campbell; and her sisters, Maxine Mclean, Lula Mae Davis, Arnetha Davis and ArJean Clark. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 1 great, great-grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
