He is survived by: his wife Crystal Slater; his son Mark Anthony Locklear; his granddaughters, Saniyah and Viviana Locklear; his siblings, Louise Locklear of Lumberton, Rose Locklear (Ray) of Lumberton, Erline Barnes (Phillip) of Lumberton, Betty Lois Locklear of St. Pauls, Tommy Ray Locklear (Sachiko) of Japan, Rev. Donnie Lee Locklear (Sherry) of Maxton and Ronnie Locklear (Helen) of Lumberton; his nephew Ron; his parents-in-law, Danny and Donna Slater; and his brothers-in-law, Anthony Slater (Stephanie) of Virginia and Brent Slater (Krista) of Virginia. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews.
