He is survived by: his mother Flora Chavis Locklear; his brothers, Kip C. Locklear (Sandra) of Lumberton, Kenny Locklear (Christy) of Lumberton and Jamie Locklear (Towonaka) of Rowland; and his close friend Layton Jones of Fairmont. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
