He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Parker and Geraldine Parker; and his siblings, Jerry Cisneros, Cheryl Yoos, Scott and Frank Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Parker; and his children, Isaiah Mark Parker, Emily Malone, Cassandra Parker and Amber Hernandez. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren.
