She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmie Williams; her daughter Carol Ann Williams; her parents, Alexander Troy Carter and Louise Butler Carter; and her siblings, Willie Mae "Bill" Carter Rowland, Katie Carter McGirt and Luther Tracy Carter.
She is survived by: her sons, Alan (Judy) and Don (Teressa) of Rowland; and her grandson Bobby Williams of Greenville, NC. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
