She was predeceased by: her parents, Curly Prevatte and Ada Irene Prevatte; her husband Wallace Harold Kinlaw Sr.; her son Wallace Harold Kinlaw Jr.; and her siblings, Durham Prevatte, Waddell Prevatte, Dorothy Silvey and Lillian Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tana K. Mercer of Lumberton and Shelia Harper of Lumberton; her grandchildren, Amanda Carter (Chris) of Lumberton, Brittany Phillips of Lumberton, Brian Keith Mercer (Madison) of Lumberton and Caitlin Floyd (Tyler) of Dallas; her great grandchildren, Taylor Locklear, Branson Mercer, Destiney Phillips, Drake Carter, Charlee Floyd, Harper Floyd and Jace Mercer; and her close friend Mary Lou Allen of Lumberton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
