She is survived by: her children, Jeffery "Jeff Bone" Hammonds (Tabitha), Derek "Papa Daddy" Butler (Brittany) and Amanda "Boo" Butler (Mark); her siblings, Leon Godwin, Randy Godwin, Jack Godwin and Sandra Smock; and her pet Cocoa. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; and a host of relatives and friends.
