He is survived by: his wife Sarah N. Locklear; his children, Selene McGirt (Dwight) of Maxton, NC, Marlene Locklear (Mitchell) of Shannon, Fanina Stewart (Artie) of Shannon and Timmy Dale Locklear (Alaura) of Shannon; his daughter-in-law Selina Lynn Locklear (Milford) of Saddle Tree; his siblings, Nettie Mae Bryant, Daisy Mae Cummings, Eva Mae Oxendine, Clara Mae Worriax, Margie Locklear, Enoch Cummings, Jr., Leroy Cummings, Willard Cummings, Harvey Locklear, Herbert D. Locklear and Hubert Lee Locklear; and his niece Girlie Jacobs. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, one great-greatgrandchild.
