She was predeceased by: her parents, Rayless Jacobs and Ruthie Jacobs; her husband Guy Jr. Locklear; her brothers, Harvey Jacobs and Marvin Jacobs; her nephew Ted Chavis; and her niece Heather Locklear.
She is survived by: her children, Raylee Jacobs of Columbia, SC and Pamela Roberson of Hampton, VA; her brother Braxton Jacobs; and her nieces and nephews, April Dunham, Keisha Jacobs, Harvetta Locklear, Corey Jacobs, Harvey Jr. Locklear, Kenston, Kyara, Cheyenne, Victoria, Beyonce, Kani, Truston, Raymond, Bubba, Tootie, Nana, Valeigh, Lealea, Dailyn and Zander. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
