Tracy Locklear (Ruby) of McDonald, NC, James Locklear (Wanda) of Lumberton, NC, Carl Locklear, Jr. of Pembroke, NC and Mary Ann Locklear of Fairmont, NC; and her grandchildren, Abryanna Thomas and Radian Thomas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
