He was predeceased by: his parent Cecil Joe O'Tuel; his grandparents, Albert, Mary Bowen of McColl, Edwin and Lorraine Stubbs of Hamlet; and his mother-in-law Peggy Thaggard of Lumberton.
He is survived by: his mother Teresa Bowen O'Tuel of Hamlet; his wife Marlo Thaggard O'Tuel of Lumberton; his son Hunter O'Tuel of Rockingham; his sister Heather O'Tuel (Cary Garner) of Hamlet; his brothers-in-law, David Thaggard of Lumberton and James William Thaggard of Murrells Inlet; his aunt Marilyn; and his uncle Drake Rogers of Clio.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Richmond Community College, 1042 W. Hamlet Ave. Hamlet, NC 28345, Patrick T. O'Tuel MSN-FNP scholarship fund in order to honor Patrick.
