She is survived by: her husband Clyde Dial; her children, Gary Lynn Locklear, Jessie Jacobs, Jr., Clyde Dial, Jr. (Danielle) and Samantha Chavis; her sister Betty A. Oxendine (Lonnie); and her grandchildren, Amanda Locklear (Dwight Hunt), Walter A. Locklear, Christopher Woodell and Matthew Jacobs. She is also survived by her 16 great-grandchildren; her four great-great-grandchildren; and many cherished nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
