He is survived by: his wife Kim; his children, Xavier Lowery and Victoria Lowery; his sister-in-law Tonya Lowery; his mother-in-law Victoria Locklear; his sister Michelle Murphy Davis (Pat) of Spring Lake; his nephews, Dennis, Cornelius and Peter; and his great-niece Nikitia. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, relatives and friends.
