He was predeceased by: his parents, Bearl Mullins and Sarah Ann Mullins. He is survived by: his daughter Valerie Mullins of Baltimore, Maryland; his siblings, Roger Darrell Mullins, Ronald Dean Mullins of Mt. Pleasant, Randall Lee Mullins of Rehoboth, Delaware, Brenda Ann Mullins of Lumberton and Betty Sue Mullins-Freeman of Red Springs; and his grandchildren, Carlos, Gabriella, Yayona, Lyric and Carmella. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
