He was predeceased by: his father Arthur L. Salisbury; and his brothers, Arthur Franklin Salisbury and John Oscar Salisbury. He is survived by: his sons, Micheal Salisbury of Durham, NC and Joseph Alexander Salisbury (Ryan) of Deland, FL; his sisters, Carrie Walton (Thomas) of Elizabethtown and Jeanne Williams; and his grandchildren, Elecktra, Alexis and Roxxane. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
