He is survived by: his wife Debbie Humphrey Patterson; his mother Josephine Parnell Patterson of Lumberton; his children, Brandon Patterson (Santana) of Lumberton, Justin Patterson of Lumberton, Michelle Rising Cox (David) of Lumberton and Melissa Rising Mestas (Robert) of Hampton, VA; his brother Ervin Patterson (Connie) of Louisburg, KS; and his grandchildren, Riley Patterson, Brayden Patterson, Lauren Cox and Benjamin Mestas.
