She is survived by: her children, Richard Steven Britt (Bridget) of Lumberton, NC, Bobbie Jean Edwards and Barbara Wick (Michael) of Apex, NC; her siblings, Rachel Townsend (Gene) of Indian Trail, NC, Alice Prevatte of Lumberton, NC, Patsy Mayers of Lumberton, NC and William Robert Prevatte (Linda) of Matthews, NC; and her grandchildren, Trent, Hunter, Isabella, Savanna and Morgan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc. (809 E 5th St, Lumberton, NC 28358). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
