He is survived by: his wife Anne Eleanor McMillan Monroe; his siblings, Dr. Diana M. Henshaw of Seven Lakes, NC and Paul Howard Monroe, Jr. (Frances) of Fayetteville, NC; his siblings' children, Donine S. Henshaw of Tucson, AZ and Scott D. Henshaw (Leshia); and his great-nephews, Grayson and Blake Henshaw of Dubai.
