He is survived by: his children, Charlotte Nicole Locklear Maynor, Robin Locklear Jacobs (Dexter) of Maxton, NC, Christopher Michael Locklear (Mary) of Maxton, NC, Lee Phillip Locklear (Sequial) of Rowland, NC, Robert Drake Locklear of Pembroke, NC, Tiffany Alicia Locklear of Pembroke, NC and Cierra Polly Locklear of Pembroke, NC; and his siblings, Lorene Bullard, Haven Locklear and Herbert Locklear. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
