He is survived by: his wife Sue Baxley; his daughter Christie Prevatte (Patrick) of Lumberton, NC; his stepson Ronnie Anderson, Jr. of St. Pauls, NC; and his brothers, Harold Baxley (Mary) of Tennessee, David Baxley (Debra) of Marietta, NC and Paul Baxley (Dana) of Rock Hill, SC. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
