He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Faye Jones (Coot); his children, Loretta Murchison (Lamont) of Rockfish, Rhonda Fay Locklear (George) of Lumberton, Charles Edward Jones (Barbara) of Lumber Bridge, Ron Keith Jones (April) of Fayetteville and Jason Jones (Emily); his siblings, Ree Jean Deese of Fairmont, Jeniva Oxendine (Charlie) and Ricky Jones of Lumberton; his sons, James Cox, Dallas Oxendine and Otto Ford; and his cousin Janice Coats. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren along with a host of relatives and friends.
